Payment upfront in USD via Paypal invoice (payment plans are available only for VTuber model commissions).

No refunds after the sketch has been approved.

All commissions aside from emotes, badges and VTuber models are for personal use only. Please do not copy, trace, or re-sell.

For commercial use, the fee will be double the original price (emotes, badges and VTuber models already have this fee included in the price). Please specify before I send the invoice if it will be used commercially.

Artwork must not be used for anything related to cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or AI art generators.

I reserve the right to share the finished commission on social media for advertising and/or portfolio purposes.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

I will send updates during each phase of the drawing process (sketch - lineart - color) through your preferred means of communication (email, Twitter, Instagram or Discord).

Few small changes can be made in Sketch and early Lineart phases. After the art has been fully colored, only color adjustments will be allowed. If you'd like a major revision at this stage, it will incur a fee of +20% the original price.

Turnover time depends on the commission's complexity, but generally will take from 1 week to 3 weeks for individual illustrations. For VTuber Models, approximately 1 month to 2 months. I will let you know beforehand if there are delays in the process.

Progress can be tracked through a Trello link.

Final artwork will be sent via email (PNG file - in the case of VTuber models, PSD as well).
